Joel Craig Duncan - Creating Value-Based Real Estate Portfolios
Real estate professional Joel Craig Duncan has worked at various companies over the years. He was a marketing agent with DFW Capital in Dallas and a partner at another Texas-based real estate brokerage firm. From 2018 to 2023, Joel Craig Duncan was vice president of project development with Precision Global Corporation. There, he paced and funded close to 20 self-storage, flex-space, and recreational vehicle (RV) park properties.
Since January 2024, Mr. Duncan has been serving as a manager at Direct Equity Source in Austin. He brings together developers and high-net-worth individuals to develop high quality real estate portfolios, including flex-space, self-storage, and RV park properties. Since 2024, he has funded and developed nine properties in Texas and Florida. Mr. Duncan is also responsible for negotiating contracts, nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and working with developers to build the assets.
Outside of real estate, Mr. Duncan was previously the CEO of Blue Water Gold, LLC, an offshore Alaska gold mining company. He was also the founder of Charitable Mint, LLC, a company that helped charities raise funds through the use of commemorative silver and gold coins. Organizations he worked with included St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Military Warriors Support Foundation.
Joel Craig Duncan studied business at Texas A&M University. His hobbies include boating, fishing, and playing golf.
